Inner Light

Inner Light is one of a series of digitally designed quilts using personal fabrics and fireweed imagery that I have drawn, painted, and silkscreened. My current work is inspired by changes I have seen throughout many years of living in Alaska. These changes are often visible and accelerated by global warming, which deeply concern me. Fire devastates huge areas of our state and is often revegetated by fireweed.
