Methane Bubbles 3 depicts some abstract patterns created as methane bubbles, created by one-celled organisms feeding on thawed organic matter at the bottom of a lake, rise to the surface of a frozen arctic lake in the wintertime.

This work was displayed at the 36th Annual 64th Parallel Juried Exhibition, October 7-28, 2022 at Bear Gallery, Fairbanks Arts Association
